We only receive cash on delivery as a means of payment. All payments are required to be made in full upon receiving your order.

Upon a refund requirement, customers ought to provide bank account details upon which the refund will be processed. A refund will be processed immediately following verification and confirmation.

• Dresses must be returned in the same condition they were received.
• Late returns or damages of rented items will cost you extra.
