- Returns made late may incur extra charges.
2. Refunds:
- Refunds are processed only when a problem is proven, like the wrong item being delivered or significant flaws.
- The client must give accurate bank account details for a refund to be issued.
- Refunds will be handled after a full inspection of the returned product.
3. Conditions Not Eligible for Refund
- The refund will not be given due to minor issues with fitting or dissatisfaction with the style after use.
- Refunds will be issued if and only if a dress is harmed or modified during the rental period.
